Eligibility Criteria
- SPM (Monitoring & Evaluation): Postgraduate diploma or Master’s degree in Rural Development, Women Studies, Rural Management or Social Work, with at least 5 years of relevant experience including 2 years in a managerial role involving research and documentation
- SPM (Communication & Documentation): Degree in Communications, Media Studies, IT or an equivalent field, with at least 5 years of experience including 2 years of managerial experience in communication and documentation in rural development
- Accountant: B.Com (Honours); candidates with CA (Inter) / ICWA (Inter) will be preferred; minimum 3 years of accounts experience in a government, semi-government or reputed organization
- Assistant: Graduation in any discipline with Hindi and English computer typing skills and at least 3 years of experience
